Roof Access
Most residential homes do require roof access via ladder or lift. If you have a steep pitched roofs that a technician is unable to stand on, we utilize scaffolding and or scissor lifts to complete the cleaning.
Water Source
All Clean Solar only uses purified water to clean your panels. One of our 4 stage RO/DI purification systems will be brought on site and connected to one of your home’s hose bibs. Typically the cleaning process will use less water then what the average family will use in a day bathing.
Cleaning Benefits
Typically our customers will see a 15% – 30% increase in power production depending on how dirty the panels are. Rain will produce about a 5% – 10% increase in power. Keep in mind that rain alone will not remove bird droppings or pollen build up that create hot spots and damage the surface of your panel.
Insurance
All Clean Solar is fully covered with liability and workers comp insurances.
